Hiffits Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hiffits. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or full refund—subject to the conditions outlined in our Return Policy effective as of the date of return.

Returns
  • We have 7 days return policy from the purchase date.
  • Items must be new, unused, and returned with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
  1. Log in to your Hiffits account at www.hiffits.com.
  2. Navigate to the “My Account” section and click on “Orders”.
  3. Find the order you wish to return and make a note of the Order Number.
  4. Send us a return request by either:
  5. Include the following details in your request:
    • Order Number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is defective or damaged)
  6. Once your request is received, our team will review it within 1–2 business days.
  7. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with:
    • Return approval
    • Pickup or shipping instructions
    • A tracking ID, if applicable
  8. Our courier partner will collect the item from your address (or as otherwise directed).
  9. After we receive and inspect the item, and if it meets our return policy:
    • A refund or exchange will be issued.
  10. Refunds are typically credited within 3–5 business days after return approval.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • All the Approved exchange and replacement of damaged products will be delivered with in7businessdays.
  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your original payment method, depending on your provider.
Exceptions

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product is not in its original condition
  • Tags are missing or damaged
  • The return request is made after 7 days of the purchase date
  • There has been any misrepresentation of the product condition during return

  • A second-time exchange will be chargeable.
